How to disabled Facebook auto play of videos in newsfeed

Facebook has a default option auto play of videos in newsfeed.  If your Internet provider has capped  or Limited Monthly Bandwidth like ( FUP ) Fair Usage Policy Globe and Smart or PLDT Telecom that's totally annoying  you wasted a lot bandwidth.

How to stop Facebook Auto play Videos?

You could use the most straight forward way.. by visiting your settings

Video tab and turning videos OFF
