There are software can send message using other user email  username@facebook.com
beware of this spoofers they can used your friend or your own email.sender can pretend anyone and mest you up they used the victim user ID

Here you can see a triangular warning sign indicating the sender was not verify.

There is also a site can send a spoof message like http://adf.ly/BgTIg
