Kingston Introduces 'World's First' 1TB USB 3.0 Flash Drive
I'm a user of Kingston thumb drives I used them to reformat a netbook or laptop i put all my software in it. Before I used CD and DVD drive when I'm in service Im like a pastor holding a book ( CD BAG) that kind of heavy thank to Kingston lightweight thumb drive now I can bring all software and driver in my pocket.
The enormous memory inside the relatively compact USB stick will come at a considerable price. Although a figure hasn't yet been set by Kingston, a 512GB stick that will launch in March will have a $1,700 (£1,000) sticker on it. You might want to double that figure for safe measure if a 1TB model seems like your sort of investment.
It uses USB 3.0 connectivity and Kingston promises read speeds of up to 240Mbps and write speeds up to 160Mbps.
No release date has yet been set for the 1TB HyperX Predator drive, but a Q1 2013 release has been suggested by the company. The drive is lightweight and felt extremely robust when we got hands-on time
